J. Marvin Herndon (b. 1944) is an American interdisciplinary scientist, who earned his BA degree in physics in
1970 from the University of California, San Diego and his Ph.D. degree in nuclear chemistry in 1974 from Texas
A&M University. J. Marvin Herndon was a post-doctoral apprentice to Hans E. Suess and Harold C. Urey in
geochemistry and cosmochemistry at the University of California, San Diego. He is the President and CEO of

Since at least 1958 the military has engaged in spraying particles into the air presumably to study weather modification. These activities were sporadic in time and location. But about 2010, during the Obama Administration, the aerial spraying of particulates became a near-daily activity across North America, the European Union, the British Commonwealth, and other countries including China, Egypt, India, Russia and perhaps others. This was a covert activity with denial and disinformation seemingly coordinated at all levels of government. No information was made available on the particle compositions sprayed into the air we all breathe, and no information on potentially adverse health risks. Humans tend to be creatures of habit, plodding along through time, eagerly looking toward the future, but rarely looking with question at circumstances from the past which have set them on their present course.
